Getting to the point of expansion

Hi,

I've been playing a network game where I'm Burnley and am at the point where I feel a stadium expansion/new stadium is needed.

By the end of our current season once all the money comes in, I should have hopefully around 40 to 50m in the bank. Would that be enough to get things underway?

For an expansion yes, for a new stadium no... i had £30m with Newcastle and got an extension to 60,000. You have to be filling your stadium every week to get one though. You also have to make sure you don't spend your money until it is under construction, if you go into the red during planning, it will get cancelled, so make sure you have a decent amount of money in the bank during planning.

Thanks for the reply mate, an expansion it is then (hopefully). Any ideas on how much you would need to raise in order to get a brand new stadium?
