Hi guys.
I'm currently working on emulating Aalborg BK's tactic. In this past season they've played with two wide midfielders (Kasper Kusk and Nicolaj Thomsen) who are positioned on the flanks, but drifts inside whenever Aalborg has the ball.
In FM i can't seem to emulate this behavior. They both have the PPM "cuts inside", and i'm plain them as wide midfielders (support). Additionally i have two wing backs (attack) who are told to overlap. I have the most part of the possession, but when i look at the two players position on the pitch, they are usually stationed on their flanks.
I really want to have the team defend in a 4-4-2 formation, so playing them centrally and man mark the oppositions full backs are not an option.
Therefore i'm looking for some pointers on how to getting wide midfielders playing centrally.
Thx.
