Gibraltar leagues now being part of FM14, I want to know if it's possible to make them a full FIFA member and give them a ranking so I can do a Big Club, Small Country Challenge. As some know, the main goal is to win the World cup with the chosen nation using the club to guide you. So, can you make them a FIFA member?
