gilardino best role, HELP!!!

what is the best role that gilardino can play? i tried poacher, complete and dlf and sucks! can anyone help please?? have the same problem with babacar but not so bad. thanks!!

I play Gilardino as an Advanced Forward and he's got me 18 goals in 30 games.

Babacar I usually play as a Target Man (Support), but he's only my third choice striker at the minute.
