Where to get templates?
How to put them on?
What to do with them?
How to get badges on?
How to get sponsers on?

You should try Adobe Photoshop CS5 trial its alot easier

Can someone help out on how to make GIMP kits.

Leather is apparently the correct attire with some sort of mask that has a zip on the mouth. Maybe a pool ball attached to some elastic that fits around the back of the head as well.
