Got snapped up for barca in my save near 2022 and his stats are great. He is tipping maybe 28/29 but still has to be one of the best, altho with my full back regens he doesnt stand a chance at being the absolute best

I wouldn't recommend that due his poor attacking attributes. Maybe as defensive winger or wide midfielder. But as pure winger I doubt it.
