I was wondering if i could have some feedback on my squad and whether you think i am doing okay. Criticism will be accepted but please note i am 15.

Your squad is great, some good talent there. You're also doing well with your wins, although you could do with conceding less.
You could also mention your manager achievements in the OP like the trophies you have lifted over your 4 seasons.
