Yes but that's assuming he leaves, which we don't know yet. Who's to say Spurs will accept an offer of £35m? They are in a much better financial position than they were when they sold the likes of Berbatov and Carrick. I wouldn't be surprised if Levy stands by his word.

Unless Hulk comes out and says he wants to leave, trying to force the transfer, then I can't see him coming.
