Giving FM12 an FM13 "feel"

As often found in FM12 there have been a lot of players who make the reserve team only when they should be in the senior squad, so I want your suggestions of which players should have:

- Increase CA/PA (rough estimate of what to change to)
- Position changes (if they have developed a new position over new season)
- Attribute changes (if they have improved in a certain area)

I will implant these into my summer update to make it more realistic and more like what we can expect in fm 2013

If you're not good with estimating CA/ PA, don't do an update, or it'll be even more audience-reliant than LFCMarshall's update.
