Bbc Sport : Good Afternoon Mr.McCoist how are you feeling leading upto big "OLD FIRM" weekend ?​

Ally McCoist : I have a bit of nerves but i assume that is normal , and also a bit of revenge for last time encounter​

Bbc Sport : Who will you be looking to mark out of the game from Celtic?​

Ally McCoist : Well last time Samaras ripped us apart but i go for Scotty Brown i know what he can do has i was scotland assistant manager , he looks to tear teams apart and get into the faces.​

Bbc Sport : Will you look for someone to mark him and keep him quiet for the 90 minutes ?.​

Ally McCoist : Yeah set Big Kyle Lafferty up against him and get him red carded <laugh> No but serious Mo Edu will have the Responbilty in the midfield role against Celtic and he will be the man throwing his weight about and Also Big Lee McCulloch not backing down from any challenge.​

Bbc Sport : How did you react when Neil Lennon came out and said " We are to strong for Rangers and will hurt there title bid on sunday by winning the game " . ​

McCoist : It doesnt even bother me what Lennon says about me / players . How can he say " We are to strong for Rangers " while we sit top of the league 7 points clear and about 22 goals in front of them ? . Mr Lennon hasnt thought that one through has he .​

FANTASICO !! . Great win today to make it 11 straight wins in the SPL and go 10 points clear at the top of the table and 20 goals difference what a start to my rangers carrer . I knew we had to attack celtic today and indeed we did . Mo Edu powered home a 20 yard strike today and got M.O.M because of his Defending abilties and Attacking abilites throughout the game today . I did say Edu would be our man to boss that midfield today and he sure did . Brown never got a sniff and McGregor was only tested maybe about 5 times and when Mulgrew hit the post with a free-kick . Great Win !!! so chuffed !!!

A dull game and only but of class was when Vladmir Wiess delivred the boy into the box for big Davy Weir to head home . I thought we grabbed the 3 points late but when Liam Miller scored i was dissapointed with the team's performance and bringing the title race back to 8 points with Dundee Utd 2nd in the league and Celtic 4th

Ally McCoist said that he is delighted to get Right Back Craig Thomson and is a great prospect for the future for Rangers Football Club . Craig Thomson rejected Newcastle,Hearts & CELTIC !!

Sol Bamba has signed a 4 year contract worth 2.2mill from Hibs to Rangers . Ally McCoist has been an admirer of Bamba since he joined Rangers has Permanent Manager .
