glasgow rangers - right fullback/wingback needed

looking for a good young right sided defender for my rangers team im only at the first transfer window but my star rightback steven whittiker is off to fiorentina i have picked up belletti for 500k on a one year contract for temporary cover as i dont have another right back at the moment! i have 2 million to spend however this could rise once the 5 mil for whittiker comes through. so prefereably a youngster who i can introduce to the team slowly and can act as good cover in the spl i know it might be wishful thinking but iv made it to the knockout rounds of the champions league so if they could cut it there would be a bonus but i know my budgets a bit bare for that! cheers lads

ON Topic: Craig Thompson of Hearts turns into some player if your looking for a young Scottish talent. Would be an ideal back up for a year or so since you have Beletti. You also have Broadfoot if need be?
