The Sensational news coming from ibrox today that is that Walter Smith and Martin Bain both held talks today and for the rangers fans it is bad news . Walter Smith will not be Rangers manager next year , he will be moving up to director's box along with Martin Bain and that.
The announcement was made public in a brief statement on the official Rangers website:
