Sorry for posting in wrong thread
I asked this question in "Monstrous Plug and Play" but nobody answered .. so hopefully someone can help me with this?
I have just a small question about player training, For exemple I have Viktor Fischer who is performing very well i "WM (a)" role and he is also training for "Wide midfielder" - Does training effect him on pitch for that role or it doesnt matter? Can i train him for False Nine .. Will he perform Equally good? and is it important train roles according to tactic or it doesnt matter?

Yes, that's right, guys.

The overload version also has manual marking preset and it makes this version to be extremely strong at the attack and also have solid at the defense.

But I really don't recommend use the overload version as the staring tactic If you aren't such strong club as Barcelona. I recommend start matches with the Base version because you always can change to the overload version during the match if you aren't happy with result and you think you can take more risk.

If you mastering use of all 3 versions during the match: Base, Overload and Waste Time then it'll makes you almost invincible.

Also it's more fun to use 3 versions during the match than only 1 version because it greatly increases your participation in the match and the final result of the match greatly depends on your decisions which version to use and when.

Can people stop posting there results with Madrid and Barca, nobody cares about those victories, playing with those teams I could win 5-0 playing 11 goal keepers on the pitch, ITS EASY YOU DONT NEED A GOOD TACTIC!

Has anyone got strikers they recommend I appreciate the filters are there but I'm looking for players people have had some luck with

Training does the only one thing it changes players' attributes or at least trying to change it... that's all

Different trainings regimes increase probability of change for different attributes it's simple as that.

Uhm I dont believe he was. he was making a good point.

Play anyway you want to is fine... but posting results with a team like Barcelona tells people nothing. They're already great.

I was hoping people would post with success with teams with players with less stats then are required and that there's proof it works with clubs that are not A++++.

For example I am winless so far with NYCFC in the MLS against all amateur teams in friendlies. 3 draws and 3 losses.

Fully Fluid. Right footed striker on the left side.. Left footed Striker on the right...

my LB has the long throw PPM etc. all OI's are set. still can't breakthrough.

TFF, I have some questions about the Tactic:

1) Do DL need right foot and DR need left foot ?

2) Do I must only use the OI in OP or I can combine the OI in OP and also ask the Assistant for OI ?

TACTIC HAS BEEN UPDATED TO V3

Guys, the Overload version showed so f!@#ing amazing :) performance on my testing stand that I tweaked it into the new Base version.

I removed the old base version and the overload version from the OP because there's no point in it anymore.

I updated the filters and the attributes profiles at the OP to suite the new version. Also I tweaked the filters for the strikers and made it more easier to find strikers for the tactic.



The new base version looks like this:

he didnt tell how to'' he just tell ''its not a miracle'' these clubs have ''cheat'' atributes /players by theier own..so they dont need such an efford for a tactic.. they loose the ball and they regain again in 2 sec..thats his point..

TFF i ll check it out later coz i just finished my season hope this time will be stableazed tactic :D

i tested some matches
and i got in a conclusion ... very high possesion even with low-medium players , very balance defence that dont make crusial damage on counter attacks to get scored which is very positive , also a lot of corners :P seems stable to me :) good job TF
