'Go out there and prove a point'

What does this mean, it seems to be on players 6.0-6.4 half time team talk. Imo it sounds half-way between 'dissapointing' and 'we can win this', but it cannot be used for 6.5-6.6 rating at half time. Does this team talk mean its between 'dissapointing' and 'angry' as its even lower the 6.4?

I never used this team talk before. I just want to know, what it actually means. I would of thought it sounded quite encouraging, but i get the impression, its like a telling off?

I use it a lot with players that are on the fringe of the team, rotation, or who risk being dropped if they don't improve. Also works with your star player if he has become a bit complacent

I just use it if morale is high, cause faith in their ability + high morale I always feared lead to complacency, so if they're playing **** but feeling good I tell them to prove a point. Never does too much...
