I know they have a negative effect on the players confidence making it harder for them to score. What can I do to boost it or help them out?

encourage him, don't get angry with him those kind of things.

Try changing there role or position, lots of encouragement no negativity

Yeah, I'm on it :) Thanks. I gots 2 strikers who haven't scored in 400 mins

Try and master there team talks.

Some people react well to expecting a performance, others to no pressure etc. Mess around over a few games to figure out which works, may result in 1 or 2 bad performances but worth it in the long run.

Also, when available, always use 'Expect Better' or 'Pick Up Where You Left Off'

Don't pressure them, use "I have faith in your ability". This is sometimes mentioned around here as being for players who are doing well, which makes no sense at all... use it to help when your player is lacking confidence.

Depends-are they playing well? I've had strikers go goalless for 12+hours but they've created heaps in the meantime and average 7.1+. But if they're playing like *** drop them for a few weeks
