Hi all,

How do you all think is the most effective way to get a CM to score goals? Almost Lampard-esque? (role, instructions etc.)

I think it's dependent on your system, randomly adjusting player roles could do more harm than good but in general the more offensive roles are probably the best; advanced playmaker attack for example. Beyond that adjusting individual instructions to include getting further forward and shooting more often will help but the player ideally would need good long shot and finishing stats. Developing beneficial tendencies like shoots from distance will definitely help and make sure you remove counter productive ones like looks for pass rather than shot etc. Hope that helps.

I think if you want to get your CM to score goals then he should be Central Midfielder (Attack) or Box To Box (Support)
