Lewis Cook, Jhon Arango, Che Nunnely, John Hou Saeter. Somebody peeked at a Wonderkid list
Nice tactic though, I'll give it a try!
TBH there was only Nunnely i didn't know from FM15, always worth a browse of the wonderkid list tho

Leave to assistantPlease giveme OI's for this tactic
Do you adjust the tactic at all when seeing out at a game?
Your tactic to me makes no sense on paper. God im starting to hate this game, im ttrying to create tactics using real life logic and it never works. Then i see tactics like this and somehow they work. Cant use real life logic in a simulation game, fantastic. Maybe by 2030 they will get it right.
Who do you sub if you get a red card? and do you change mentality?
It's always been like this. You have to manipulate the match engine, you can not play as if you were a real life manager.Your tactic to me makes no sense on paper. Reason why i say it does not make sense on paper is because you have 4 playmaking roles + CM on support which is basically another playmaker.
If i were to have made this tactic and asked if anything was wrong with it im 100% sure the answer would have been something like "you have to many playmakers and only 1 player as a goal threat, what happens when he gets marked out of the game?"
In fact i did make a similar tactic a few weeks ago and i got that answer.
Totally agree! I tried to recreate some real life tactics with logical team and players instruction and didn't worked at all...Your tactic to me makes no sense on paper. GOALAZO ATTACK 4-3-3
This tactic has been working like a dream for my Barnsley team which is now topping the premiership.
I had loads of success with a tactic in the beta edition but was struggling to get anything working consistently in the full version, so after loads of tinkering i setted upon this tactic and is has been nothing short of sensational with a very young Barnsley squad.

I have found the main players in this are the 3 advanced playmakers with the wide 2 swapping positions, the 2 wide players get most of the goals for my team but i have struggled to buy a quality striker within my wage budget.
Also the CWB are very important as these will overlap often and assist with many goals.
Heres the tactic for anyone who wants to give it a try

Cheers and I hope you have as much success with it as me.
Dont tryin to be rude mate i was tryin about 20 tactics for fm 16 (most of this forum) and none was completely satisfied me, even i was testing all of them with man utd... so im just dissapointed to have fm 16 for a month and not even start a save becouse of a tactics will try yours and share results
No don't change anything, only thing i tend to do is bring more defensive type midfielders on in the AP & CM roles
Hello,
