Ok i've been away for a while so if thers a thread similar to this am sorry. im hammered im in the exact situation man city were in last week except its cassilas dats injured and joe harts on loan . im playin my under 18 keeper and hes useless . anyone know how i can get a new keeper as my forms droppin ive lost to ipswich,hull,wolves already.

Look for frees? Put faith in your U18 GK? buy a new one when the window re -opens? how far from window are you?

Well if I look at the transfer rules of the Premier league in FM I see: Emergency goalkeepers can be signed at any point during the season.
But I don't know how the game defines an emergency loan.

It means that you can get goalkeepers on free transfers at any time of the season. So just have a look there.
