Goalkeeper Distribution

Hi i was just wondering how do i setup the goalkeeper distribution?i want it to keep it short but but the goalkeeper keeps hitting a longball forward and its kinda frustrating

Set your GK to distribute to defenders. You do it in the tactic screen under player instructions.

You can't win either way at the minute. They distribute to the opposition striker a fair ammount.
