Goalless players worry fans on World Cup

Even when Argentina destroyed Nigeria they could only manage 1 goal :S
i blame the ball. Get the old one back from Germany when players scored 30yarders for fun :)

The ball is actually designed to make it easier for players to control it and shoot with power from long distances. Scoring should be easier now.

And with a couple of blunders by some keepers that should make it even easier like the Algeria one earlier
 
this world cup has been absolute brass so far....i am surprised by the average level of football which so far has been very poor....and a lack of goals too....very disappointing

i hope germany, the dutch, spain and brazil will start playing some proper stuff.

This world cup has been extremely poor so far. Hopefully Spain and Brazil start showing people how to score.
 
The first group matches are uselly pretty tight and nerveous as both teams don't want to lose. I'm pretty sure it will liven up when fixture 2kicks in. Although the ball does look **** and I played with one the other week and it is awfull.

Don't expect too many goals from the first games. Once it gets going, there should be a few. :D
 
I have been slightly disappointed with the opening with the World Cup,however,like CJACKO has been mentioned before,I think that when we're past the group stages and seeing the big teams play,it should be 3-2,3-3 or possibly more...if we're lucky.
 
I'm wouldn't be bothered if England won every game 1-0 and won the world cup and i'm sure neither of you lot would be either :)
 
I was thinking exactly this.. The ball's too light apparently so when people shoot they just balloon it into the stands :/
