i wont say sold since hes got concentration of 10 but in time he will grow but will his concentration be higner in due time at least 15 thats the question mark.
 
Low concentration CB tend to make screwed up mistake halfway through the match...

i used verm, mertesacker, koscielny and djourou for the first 2 years but verm mertesacker got injured for 8 months and declimed enormously and was only rated 1 star when he was fit agains so i sold him and got in sakho. also in the 3rd season vermaelen broke his leg and was not the same when he returned so i sold him and got in kjaer. i sold djourou at the end of the fourth season as i had a young CB (regen) that was my fourth choich and was better than djourou. i still have kosc as 3rd choice CB.

Although yes arsenals starting CBs are very good they are all injuty prone except for kosc. but with a bit of luck u dont need to change them intill the 3rd or fourth season.
 
There sure is something wrong with your training schedule... Cause mine lasted 2 season straight and verm didn't got any injury, while djourou and koscielny only got injured once each. The injury was at max 1 month. I don't have very much problem with injury except with emre can who appear 6 times before getting a 9months injury. Anyway they ain't injury prone.

There is a better option however, bring back Sol Campbell - He's free and has experience;)

Get Boyata. Plays at Man City but they never use him so he won't cost that much

Some of the 19's were 20's. They often go back and forth.
 
In my spurss game I have shawcross and Hummels with boyata and caulker as backups, all very good
