Going Pro???

Hi guys!!!

At the moment i'm playing fm 10 the proper way by starting as a LLC. I am Dumbarton in the Scottish Division League 1. I got promotion in the first season from Division 2 and have played 2 seasons in Division 1 but im struggling to take the club any further - i have a feeling if i was able to go professional then i would be able to further the club.

Does anyone have any idea if i need to wait for the board to decide or can i do something to go pro???

Offer all your platers full-time contracts.

you need to offer all your players full-tme contracts. Increasing their wage normally helps too. Get rid of players your not playing to save cash. All staff need full-time contracts too. Again helps to get rid of the worst 1's
