I've been trying to Kacar for a few months now, scout report says he will fail work permit but on appeal should pass it, which does happen, but after his appeal it says he will be unable to play for Leeds but can be loaned out to another club in the meantime...so I'm guessing this means he won't be able to play any matches? Is there any other way around this?
