24 was a soft limit I put in. @Wolly, Zlatan and Lewie, I noticed someone asked to be put in the Jupilar league, so I can add you guys in there if you'd like (so there would be 26 players in total).
 
I wouldn't mind starting in Netherlands if that actually gives me a shot at it.
Besides my kid is Belgian, speaks Dutch and is of North African descent so it would actually makes kind of sense of him to be there (he shares the same archetype with players like Bakkali, Maher...)
