good african/eastern european scouts?

managing arsenal and i've got loads of great scouts for europe and america, but none that have a good knowledge of eastern europe or africa, any recommendations? cheers

Just have a normal scout with attributes 15+ in:

• Judging CA
• Judging PA
• Determination
• Adaptability

And send them out to Africa or Eastern Europe. Scouts with those stats will get you players from there. Even so, do it with your own scouts.

East Europe scouts in the game, hmm, Budimir Vujacic, Aleksandar Rogic ( JPA and JPP 20 )
Africa, I have 3 in my team, but i cant spell their names. Ill tell you tomorrow if you want. Send me PM cuz im outta here.

cheers, unfortunately rogic isn't on my game coz iv only got england on my database, and vujacic is for united so wont sign for me :S but the african scouts would be appreciated thanks

Romeo Jozak is a quality Croatian scout employed at Dinamo Zagreb at the start of the game. He's also young and has good potential, so his abilities will get even better in time.
