Good Championship mid-table players?

I'm Sheffield Wednesday and I'm in 3rd place halfway through my first seasons in league 1. Promotion is relatively certain so I'm looking to build on my squad now.

Loan players are pretty much inevitable as I've not got a single dime. Also suggestions would preferably be full backs or strikers, any reccomendations would be much appreciated.

A good free player is Tommy Mooney. Play him as a target man and supply the ball to his feet. He'll get you atleast 20 assists and 15 goals.
