Good Championship Players in Season 5

This is abit of a challenge compared to most peoples requests but im in the Championship with Rotherham in my 4th season (February) battling to stay up. Ive found a few players in the Football League that have emerged into good Championship players such as Nigel Hasselbaink and Roland Bergkamp.

Who else can i look for?

Championship players dont cost more than a £1.5m-£2.0m so thats the budget.
All positions wanted, Any help much appreciated.

A change in circumstances, I finished 21st and have avoided relegation woop-woop!
Ive had a board takeover which has consoladated my debt into a £3m bank loan and its left me with a £500k in the bank.
Ive got a massive squad so its going to be cut down in the summer so i really need your suggestions.
I should have a biggish transfer kitty for the Championship so Matt Phillips, Jordan Rhodes, James McClean

Who else? come on lads!
