Good clubs for Regens???

Where should I look for regens, Prem League, Brazil (sounds good) what clubs?
I don't know where to look?

Can you please help me find some good clubs for regens.

Also the dates for the countries would help.

You can find them anywhere from Luton to Barca
I've found goodens at smallish clubs like Almeria and Bari before, there anywhere
Just scout countries for under 18s or under 17s

I always get Italian, Spanish and French regens that turn out amazing, but I know of people that have Serbian, Romanian etc.

Apparently LOSC Lille Metropole get good regens due to excellent youth facilities.
