I had Steffen Freund at Leicester. Might come to League 2?
If not then try and get a favourite person from the information screen to come in. You can always go to staff search and ask ur current assistant to filter out unrealistic. Then most of them want to come to you cause there realistic targets and most of them are all better than your current one.

john murtough somthing like thathe will defo go to league 2 as i have had him in the BSP hes a brill assistant and after a few seasons he stats rise (quite funny how staff have current and pot ability) turns into a good championship assistant if you ask me
