Good Inside Forward's? (for Juve)

Hi everyone, I play with Juventus, and I have 3 midfielders, 1 AM and 1 striker.
I want my AM to be Inside Forward - Attack, so he can help the lone striker and score many goals by himself. I have Sebastian Giovinco in my squad. Is he good enough to play in this role, and if not - can you help me with good players for AM in that role for my Juventus team?

My budget is about 30 mil', but I can get more by selling some not needed players.

Giovinco should be sufficient but if he is lacking I suggest Willian.

I play the same formation with Juve, and Giovinco did really well for me. I bought Wellington Nem as a backup because of his low release clause. If Giovinco has a good year, you can sell him for big money and buy someone even better like Pastore.
