Good Kilmarnock tactic

Hey, I tested almost EVERYTING and almost nothing worked well... so, I'm wondering, what should I use with my Kilmarnock team? This is my current formation:

GK: Cammy Bell
CB: Mahamadou Sissoko
CB: Manuel Pascali
RB: Tim Clancy
LB: Garry Hay
CM: Jamie Hamill
CM: Craig Bryson
LW: Xherdan Shaqiri
RW: Benjamin Laurant
Strikers: Garra Dembele and Alexey Eremenko

Its not a decent tactic you need, its some half decent players.
