Good league to manage in?

I'm looking to start a new save in a interesting league.

• In Europe
• Preferably with no rules against foreign players and no work permit issues is a bonus
• No requirements to field under 21/19 etc or domestic players
• Ideally the league would run from the same months as the BPL or other major leagues.
