just started a game with villa and i think iv found a good assistant but im not sure. i also think i uploaded a pic of his stats but im not sure lol, il find out wen this is posted XD

now to me his stats are gud but am i missing anything? and does it matter that we differ in prefared tactics and stuff? any help wud be appreciated, please and ty

well at the mo thers only 3 that will accually sign 4 me that id consider even half decent from the stats, him and these 2 ...other than that theres no 1 realy

Considering your Assistant tends to manage the youth team I'd say his working with youth stat is poor, but besides that yeh, his tactical, man management etc. look decent
