I started playing with FC Steaua Bucharest.I applies for many jobs at some teams like Barcelona, Liverpool, Valencia and i havent got any of them.My question is: how can i make those team want me as theyre manager?Im in 2013 with Steaua on first place, eliminated from Champions League from groupe with Barcelona,Tottenham and Schalke.I won 2 titles 2 cups, but they still choose other managers for theyre team.

You are playing in a lower standard of league compared to the English and Spanish leagues you are applying to. Maybe start in the division below and work your way up to a big job?

Go on your manager profile , then click personal , and it will say Past Experience and Reputation.
If they are low then it's unlikely you'll be hired at a big club.

Work your way up slowly. If you dont have the patience to do it resign and add yourself elsewhere.
