Good mids for a cheap Price - Prem?

Well I'm Birmingham, I've got a budget of £21 Million to spend. I've been analyzing my squad and I don't think there is enough creativity within the midfield, I'm looking for a AMC. Any suggestions? Thanks.

im westham , get david beckham for about 1.5 mill, play him advance or deep playmaker (cm) and he is quality, gets bout 10 goals from long shots
