i just started my middlesbrough season the budget was awful so i kinda of blind picked a few players and then snapped up some of my old fm10 team into my team

alex smithes huddersfield 725k 4.6 k a week GK
matias defederico corinthians 7.5m (not sure how i got him) 20k a week ST
sararer sacren 1.3m furth (big mistake) 10.5k RM/ST
LOANS mark randall arsenal, danny wilson rangers, seamus coleman everton, federico macheda man u,
future transfers andrew driver 2m LM

i dont really know who else to buy because my squad isnt clicking but we scrap through games which the fans dont enjoy im top but havnt won by more then one in any game and conceded in every game
if any one can give me transfer hints or tactics hints or even tell how they cope with bad form
and if everyone can recommend good players for championship teams it would be a massive help
