Good Players NOW !! ??

Hi looking for goos players to fit straight in and make an impact rather than the ones i have to wait 2 years for to get good ...

Im Birmingham with 15 million to spend a screenie would be good to save me time but if now no worries,

The only players i have really found any good that fit in are Benitez from Santos, Douglas Costa and Annan but the midfield is packed so preferably strikers and Defenders as they are the main issue

Any ideas welcome

Leigh Griffiths maybe 19 but he is banging them in for me as stoke in the first season. 250k and use him in a complete forward sup/att role

alright Cool mate if its working for Stoke should work for blues similar standard
