Devised a rock solid 4141 which scores allot of goals and is pretty solid defensively try it and see

This is a realistic tactic that will get good results, new poster here so will not go into a much depth as other more established lads do, but since this is the upload section have a try and see if the tactic does as well for you as it did for me, PLUG and PLAY home and away ois preset as shown defensive positioning prep as standard. Happy days, a tactic that is bringing the Pars back to life! I will prob try this after my Hamilton game, been a while since I took the Pars to glory!
 
just a quick update on this tactic, been working alot so only really been able to play some more this afternoon.

Dunfermline continue to dominate in the SPL

and a remarkable CL run in the Group of death, the par showed their mental toughness by coming from behind in the two latter games away to Barca in the nou camp and at home to Arsenal to qualify unbeaten as group winners.

i'm loving this tactic, its scores goals from all over the park, its fantastic to watch. Anyone else having a shot with it, its very stable once fluid cheers :)
 
i have used this tactic only in FMC instant result it working very well
 
good to see it working i gave it to a couple of my friends who play fm15 and everyone has done very well with it, i will post an update with it for my Pars team soon but still dominating in all comps
 
I have used this tactic without OI for my dutch team Heerenveen. It works pretty well. It's very consistent even if I don't have top quality players.
I'll upload some SS.

glad its working for you. I wanted to devise a tactic to pay homage to the old days of the plug and play tactic that would punch above it weight and take small teams to the top.

I have just won my second title in a row with pars and unbelievably got to the CL quarters where i got knocked out by Real Madrid, will post screenies later when back from work.
 
One of the best PnP tactics in here.

So solid in the back and i love the fact that WMs are like wingers, not cutting inside type.

If it continues to work so well (i am in January, first season) i will post results.

Well after 3 seasons of continuingly punching above my weight in both Europe and domestically with this tactic i was offered the West ham job, languishing in the championship now time to see if this tactic works in a tougher league

this was the league when I got offered the job

Been in this forum a long time, but registered now to thank you for this wonderful Tactic!

I´ve tried and tried to find a tactic, being "good" in Attack but (!!) being very good in Defense, and you found it for me. :P

I use without OI in normal mode and it`s not complete fluid but it´s just awsome.

Can someone post player instructions, team instructions and set pieces? I want to implement this tactic to FMC iPad

I think it works even better with OIs, you just set them once in your tactics tab and thats it, you have them for every match.

I am bored to post pictures so i will post only my squad and write some things.

I have a couple of good young starlets (Arthur, Crnigoj) a solid keeper and balanced (good work rate for everyone, good defence atts for full backs, one quick one tall cb etc) players in generall but if you open FM Scout you will see that i have a squad of 110 average current ability.

League : 27 matches, 22 wins, 4 draws, 1 lose, 67 scored, 17 conceeded.

Champions League : Eliminated Kopengagen and Napoli in CL playoffs which is fantastic considering my squad and that 70% of my players were newcomers.

Lost two games against Barcelona 2-1 but they only had 28 shots against me in both games. And 2 CCCs and 1 HC only. I had 2 CCCs and 12 shots in those two matches. With other tactics Barcelona was hammering me like 30 shots in ONE game.

In two games against Roma i had one lose 1-0 (Roma had 4 shots 0 on target, 1 ccc i had 10 shots 2 ccc) and draw another 0-0 (15 shots for Roma 1 ccc, 8 shots for me 1 ccc).

Got through to Europa League and eliminated Benfica in first knockout round.

In generall i have 46 matches, 32 wins, 7 draws, 7 loses, 102 scored, 35 against.

Best tactic i ever tryied in latest patches.

GK : Short kicks, fewer risky, pass shorter
FBs : Mark tighter, dribble more, run wide with ball
DCs : Mark tighter, pass shorter
Anchor : Tackle harder, mark tighter, pass shorter
Wide Ms : Dribble more, tackle harder, run wide with ball, Mark tighter, More Direct, Cross Byline, Close Down Much more
BBMs : Tackle harder, Mark tighter, close down much more
Striker : Tackle harder, close down much more, mark tighter, hold up ball, more direct passes

Team : Retain, Shorter, Play our of defence, work ball, Whipped crosses, Push higher, Close down more, Be more expressive
