Good solid tactic to try going great guns with Pars

After getting Leeds promoted in my first season with a very young team I was struggling big time in my first season in the prem. Since then played 8 in the league won 7 drawn 1. Only defeat I have had was in the league cup. 2 home wins against Arsenal and Chelsea.

Teams balance is off a bit not got naturally wide wingers. Been playing Ryan Christie on the left with Lewis Cook on the right. I have had some success in games where I have had to play my natural full backs (Kavanagh and Byram) wide mid because of injuries.

Shouts seem to have worked for me starting off each half with Assertive Tighten Up then midway through the half Assertive Concentrate.

Will feed back more at the end of the season.

I'll give this a look i think. i assume your using left footed ML and right footed MR? Im used to using 2 IF's so will have to retrain if so

Plays really well and got some good results with it, altho i aint 100% fluid (which is probably partly the reason why) but i find when you have this much possession, teams sit deep against you and sometimes its tough to score goals.

Here's my first 10 matches using it, starting with the game against Auxerre

Finished my season in the Prem with Leeds. Finished 4th 1 point off Chelsea in 3rd 6 points ahead of Spurs in 5th. Also got to the FA Cup final but lost 3-1 to Chelsea.

Goals are coming from all over the pitch even the full backs get a few.

Delighted to Qualify for the CL, been offered both the Chelsea and City jobs not decided if I will take them or not. Got a very good young team who will only improve.

this tactic is still dominating for me with every team i have selected, its the first true plug n play that i have devised that works for this ME

This tactic is working wonders with me for the Pars in the SPL. My hat off to you sir!

****, losing to top 6 teams with conceding average 5 goals. Great defensively ? hah
