good tactic for leeds utd team

im looking for a good tactic for my leeds team, i am currently 1st in the championship but seem to conceed quite a few goals.

my current tactic is 4-2-3-1

gk- schmeichael
rb- b. jones
lb- mccartney
cb- naylor
cb- eyjollfson (bought from west ham)
cm- howson/livermore
cm- vaagan moen
aml- snodgrass/ albrighton
amr-bannam (loan from villa)
amc- adel taarabt/ gradel
st- bothroyd/becchio

i am free scoring, but conceed too many goals. any ideas for improvement or better tactic
