Good tactic for small teams?

Hey guys :)
I have started a new career with FK DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda, and i am looking for a tactic that can make me end in the top of the league at the end of the season.

it doesn't matter what formation it is, and i prefer a plug'n play tactic.

Perhaps a 4-5-1 with long passing. And defensive?
