Good Tactic for west brom(my team can't win in second half of season)

Hi. I have an problem with my West Bromwich Albion team. I'm in 30 january 2013 8 place. When i play good and win matches with chelsea or Man Utd about december/january i can't win with almost anyone. Here is screens with my team. I use giant killer tactic from here and JP Woody's Germany Style Tactics 2012 V1, V2

Maybe someone can find/make good tactic for me.
