Swansea are nice and easy as you have a squad that you can easily be mid table with a 4231 control short pass fluid tactic. You don't even need to buy any players but Nem 3.7m is a great bargain.

Rangers. Premier league team in the third division. Remember the one year transfer embargo during the first year, though. Regardless of that, you should be able to walk the league your first season.

Your best bet is Portugal with clubs like Porto/Benfica.. I found personally that the Russian league is very good to with the likes of Zenit and CSKA
