"Good tutoring pairs" thread!

Hello FM-base community.
A common question asked is the "Who is a good tutor for X player?"
This is similar to the "Which team should I be" or "Deal or no deal". Ask a question below and maybe someone has a suggestion. Obviously the most known players will get the most answers.

It's not about the person, it's about the personality. Basically focus on the personality, pick a tutor close to it, and let 'em rip. Many players vary from save to save, so it might not be applicable across every save.
