Graphics and performance issues with FM14

Since I have had FM14 I have been unable to view images properly as shown in the images below. I have tried deleting and reinstalling FM14 as well but the issue won't go away. Regarding performance there are times when I have to literally triple click just to get the game to respond. I have played FM13 and FM12 on the same computer and have never experienced these issues before.

What worked for me was to go into FM -> Preferences -> Interface -> Change "Rendering Mode" to "Software" instead of "GPU Assisted". That fixed the graphic glitches for me.
