Graphics card upgrade

Hi guys. I'm running a windows 7 pc with onboard graphics. My pc rating for fm15 is 5 silver stars, and the 3d match engine is jittery and frrezes occasionally. I dont have much of a budget for an upgrade graphics card, but would this be enough of an upgrade?

I don't know what you see in 3d match and how bad it is, but even with much more advanced graphic card (nVidia GeForce GT 740) I still see freezes. I guess it will be an improvement, but I can't say in what degree.

Ok thanks. My graphics card registers 3.5 on the windows experience index, which is notably the weakest part of my system. Fm15 is the only game i play on pc, so i might just put up with it for now if its unlikely to make a big difference.
