I have made 3 kits and i am trying to put them in game, but i'm using graphics guru to make the config file, kit size is 220X220, i have made the config file, and have done all the stuff. What have i done wrong?

name your kits 1080_home
1080_away
1080_third

How could my friend get the kits i made for him? I did the config and kits and i put it on his computer, and they don't show up?
