Every time i try to download something I get this instead of a zipped file. Im on a mac and I'm stuck. Any help would be appreciated

Right click on it and click properties and see what the file is opening with ?, it could be opening with VLC Media Player ???

yea thats what it is, it tries to open it as an audio file then tells me it cannot open

It should open as Winrar i think

when i click on it it opens in vlc with no option for anything else, how do i get it to open as winrar. thanks for the help

that's what opens RAR files , hope this works!!

PS try find winrar for Mac not sure if the one i use for windows can be used for Mac could be mistaken tho
