Graphics Problems.

I'm new to this website so apologies if I have posted in the wrong section.

I have played FM for the past two years on the same laptop and have never had any problems but since I've bought 14 I'm getting really bad graphics errors where my screen just goes black whilst I'm in game then all the writing turns into a bar code like feature and the screen goes fully black.

I'm not great with computers so have not had any luck fixing the error myself.

Has anyone else had this error and can help me out on how to fix it?
