Graphics Update for Mac BookPro with Retina Users

How easy is it to upload a graphics update to a Macbook Pro retina without a disc drive?

I am looking to upload player faces, club badges, competition logos, stadium backgrounds etc.

Where is the best place to download these as well, if it is possible?
 
Not sure what you mean by disc drive but here are some places to download graphic packs, they're not all in one so you will have to download a face pack as well as a competition logo and club badge pack
